This notice describes the public CatalogLens demonstration and SAFG AI contact form. It is not a statement about data practices in other SAFG AI services.
Information you provide
For the demo, your product name, optional category, description and language choice are sent for analysis and are not intentionally saved by the application. For the contact form, your name, email address and message are saved in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database so SAFG AI can respond. Do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential customer documents.
Contact requests
Contact details are used only to handle and follow up on your enquiry. They are visible to authorized SAFG AI operators through the Cloudflare account and are not shown publicly or used for marketing lists. Requests are retained while needed to handle the enquiry and should be deleted when no longer needed. The request IP is hashed for rate limiting; the raw IP is not stored in the contact database. Cloudflare may independently process request metadata under its own terms.
AI processing
The live demo currently sends submitted product text to Cloudflare Workers AI. If SAFG AI configures its optional Claude API provider, submitted text will instead be sent to Anthropic for inference. The application does not intentionally save demo product text to a SAFG AI database or write prompt text to its own logs. Cloudflare and, if enabled, Anthropic may process operational and security metadata under their own terms and retention practices. No claim is made that downstream infrastructure retains nothing.
Purpose and output
Demo text is processed to return structured product suggestions for that request. AI outputs can be incorrect. They are drafts and should be checked against your source before use.
Technical safeguards
The demo and contact form limit input length, check request origins, apply Cloudflare rate limiting and use HTTPS. Contact requests are inserted using prepared SQL statements. Requests may fail temporarily if a provider or database is unavailable. We do not use submitted content for a public gallery or marketing examples.
